    The aim of the Student Council is to act as the effective contact between the administration, faculty, and students. The Council strives to foster the best interests of the school, to promote the general welfare of the students, to benefit community and country, and to better international relations and understanding. Juniors, in good standing, who have served on the Council for one year, are eligible to run for the office of President. Sophomores, juniors, and seniors, in good standing, who have served on the Council for one year, are eligible to seek the office of Vice President. Other executive offices are open to students in good standing who have served one year on the Council. Members of the Council meet every two weeks, during school hours.
