Home InstructionStudents with a medical condition that results in a prolonged absence from school may be eligible for Home Instruction services. A formal application is required which includes documentation from the student’s physician and a subsequent review by the School Physician. As per N.J.A.C. 6A:16-10, if Home Instruction extends beyond 30 or 60 days, the student will be referred to the I&RS or Child Study Team respectively.
